Price: $137,850 This modern split level house with attached garage and basement was requested by Redrose Tea. This is a madern house that has a foundation, an attached garage, is a split level, has a basement, and four sky lights in the roof. By far this has been my most challanging house yet because I never built a split level house with a foundation, and an attached garage. I had a great time building it. I hope you all like it as much as I do. The house is not cc free. It is uploaded with all ep's up to freetime, and all sp's up to ikea. The house is fully furnished as requested.
