both files are them same except AteGrilledCheeseallsims.zip allows all sims to use even if they don't have the grilled cheese aspiration.

OFB_AllShopsSleepingAlways.zip (Allows sleeping on all lots all the time)
The &coffinbed versions include community lot sleeping in coffin beds(EP2 is required)
