Stops sims from getting the "buy a car" want unless there's a driveway on the lot?  I'm tired of seeing this want pop up when I don't have room for a driveway. 

I don't know if a hair like this is even out there anywhere (at least I haven't seen one like it) but I really like the hairstyle of the brunette in this picture.



Almost forgot to mention...I'm a big fan of Nouk's textures.

Sorry if a mod like this is already out there somewhere... but the "losing hobby enthusiasm" popup messages really get on my nerves.  I was wondering if it was possible to make a mod that either stops hobby enthusiasm decay or simply stops the popup messages.

P.S. I have all EP's and M&G.

Lets Sims sleep on community lots?  I know I've seen it somewhere before, but I just can't remember where. 

Sorry if there's already a thread like this, but I'm looking for a mod (if it exists) that lets Sims sleep on community lots.

I'm in need of a break from Pleasantview, so I've been thinking about making my own neighborhood. What I'm wondering is... how do you guys come up with names for your custom neighborhoods?
