Title: Blurry Graphics
Post by: sims2lov3r100 on September 12, 2007, 06:41:44 pm
Heya, I'd like to get help for something that I've struggled with for the past five months. When I play my game for a while, my graphics start to get blurry, and only my sims get blurry though. I updated my graphics card and everything but it wouldn't stop! Help? I attached some pictures if anyone wants to se how bad it is. (The first picture is the blurry one, and the second is the good one.)

Thanks.

well in your game there's the options section. then graphics. i can't remember. but there's a button to change the graphics. what you do is when you find it set everything to the highest

example: shading on, textures high..get it? then select it it'll give you a preview and ask you if you want to keep it that way. say you do. than it will look better in your game.

sorry it's not the best description, i just cannot remember everything off of the top of my head

It depends. What card do you have, and which eps? Also, do you have alot of downloads?

I have the same thing. It's the lighting. I don't know why but the lights stop illuminating the Sims. Buying new lights usually fixes it but some of my households are permanently like it. It's a game problem, not a video card thing.

OK...so based on your answer, what we need to know is what your processor speed is. I mention this because it says the following on the sims 2 site:

"Intel(R) Extreme Graphics (see note below)
82865, 82915 and above

NOTE: If you have a non-T&L capable video card, such as Intel Extreme Graphics, then you need at least a 2.4 GHz processor."
