Title: Multi-age Recolors of Rose Sims2 Loose Ponytail Post by: kaneonapua on December 22, 2006, 09:37:42 pm Three red and a brown recolor of the long, gracefully arcing, ponytail mesh by Rose Sims2 (http://www.rosesims2.net). This is the pony tail with the part in the front and no bangs or hair clip. This is a simple recolor of Rose's original textures. Thank you, Rose, for allowing me to do these recolors.
This ponytail style comes in child through elder. The long ponytail probably would not work on a toddler. These recolors were done for the Natural Redhead Project (http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?p=1470508#post1470508) to make more hairstyles available in the many beautiful naturally occurring shades of red hair. The red recolors are available in four shades: auburn, copper and ginger and also a shade of rich brown. My recolored elder hair comes in two shades: the brown and auburn have a silver brown while the ginger and copper shades come with a silver beige. The red shades are binned red and the brown is binned brown. Mesh Information: The mesh comes with 5 colors and is at Rose Sims2 (http://www.rosesims2.net) in Download > Hair. It is currently on page 12. The file to download is rosehair_0034.zip The name of the unipped mesh file is MESH_RoseHair_0084.package. Try to be specific about which page to find the mesh because Rose Sims2 has several gorgeous ponytails available for download.
