Do not start the game from the mod installer start game button, but from the game launcher, otherwise the mods don't work ! (At least that's what happens to me !!)

Do not use the game launcher to start the game either. Make a shortcut to TS3.exe in the core game folder and it will bypass the launcher straight to the movie intro and then the game. |
