Um, maybe I'm missing something but how does that equal to custom content being only available through the Exchange? There will be Sims 3 Exchange, this does not surprise me and I bet it'll be as crappy as in Sims 2 but I don't see anything that says it would be the only site in the internets that allows the sharing of CC.

Didn't Parsimous Kate say in her blog ( which has now vanished into the internets ) that custom content is stored and can be shared the same way as in Sims 2?
Do you have any reliable sources that say that custom content is only available via the Exchange site? I've not seen or heard anything of the sort. Except the speculations on this site.
