I have just noticed this on a toddler sim that i was creating, any idea what may be wrong with my computer?

Actually, it looks like a reverse of what happened to me after re-doing my default skins. I'd put the wrong texture on the face and ended up with a Freddie Krueger look-a-like  Maybe check through the offending skintone and see what's sitting in the body textures for toddler? Looks like there's a face texture where it shouldn't be.

If you don't know how, just upload the skin and I'll have a look :)

Just go into CAS, make a toddler and choose each skin in turn until you find the culprit :) Might be an idea to turn on testingcheats beforehand (while in neighbourhood view), then in CAS hold shift and press N to put it into debug mode - that way you'll get more detail in the tooltips.
