I saw no recolors of Sshodan's mesh on the linked site, however. Even a search wouldn't bring it up.

If he does, it came from Sshodan (I have her hair installed). If not, there needs to be a bit more clarification regarding the location of the hair.

The hair that you packaged him with was a recolor of Compulsive D's mesh that indeed comes from sims2sisters. You may want to make a note of that on the original post, to avoid confusion. :D
