I'm looking for mods the make the game a bit more challenging and haven't come across to many things. I was wondering if anyone would be up for creating a few different mods:
~ Aspiration rewards cost more points, such as a 20% or 30% increase
~ I don't know if this is possible, but maybe a mod that decreases the chance a sim will be promoted when the aspiration level is green compared to a gold or platinum level.
~ A mod that completely removes the ability of a sim to achieve a platinum aspiration level permanently unless the life time goal is reached

I've seen mods to increase the energy gained from coffee and espresso, but these all alter maxis objects, as far as I'm aware of. I'm looking for a new coffee machine that increases energy more, but costs more too so that it makes everything fair for my sims. If they haven't earned enough money, then maybe they don't deserve fancy coffee. I'm terrible to my sims

I've searched the forum, modthesims2, and tried multiple phrases on google. I feel like this must exist, but I haven't had any luck finding a realistic new coffee/espresso maker to boost my sims' energy a bit extra for a price. If this kind of thing already exists, please point me in the right direction, if not (and you're up to it) then these are the criteria I'd be looking for in a custom object:
Bladder: -1
Energy: 5 or 6
Fun: 4
Environment: 1 or 2
Price: between $900 and $1000 so it's a luxury item

A custom mesh isn't needed, I'm more concerned with motives and cost. Maybe a different texture/color if anyone is up to it? Once again, it's not needed, it would just be a nice added bonus. Thank you so much

I saw a hacked item once that you would click on, command the active sim to do a task, and he/she would use the closest object that can accomplish whatever you want them to do. I didn't bother downloading it and now I'm really regretting that. Anyone see something like this anywhere? Thanks

I haven't been able to find a Sara Goldfarb (actress Ellen Burstyn) anywhere! Could someone either make her or at least her hair? I've attached two pictures, you can't see her dress, but it's mostly the hair I'm after. But if you've seen the movie and know what it looks like, I'd love it if someone could make that too. Would it be possible to mod the "call sim" address book to hide sims that can't be reached, like if they're at work or have no phone?

I can't seem to find short red hair for elders anywhere, even though it seems pretty simple, I have colored elder hair, just not the right style. I'm looking for something like this:
