Title: Advice needed Post by: Katheryne on July 20, 2007, 05:40:48 pm Please forgive me if this is posted in the wrong place... I've looked but couldn't find a more appropriate forum.
I truly enjoy creating sims and have quite a large collection of them both in my bin and in-game. I would love to be able to share them all with you here, but I'm faced with a serious ethical concern: I have well over 4GB of custom content collected from pretty much all over the internet (none from pay sites, though), and have not kept good records of who created what. Many of the files I have do have identifiers, but a large number of them do not. To make matters worse, I've made some recolors (not many - I'm not that great at it), but - again, didn't keep track of what I've done. So, I guess my question is - how do I go about uploading my sims with custom content when I cannot identify who created the content so I can check if I can upload them here? Or am I stuck with stripping my sims of everything and locating Maxis replacements? Any help or advice would be appreciated.
