you can delete them from BodyShop while creating a sim, that is correct.

yeah rwills is right;  When making sims, if I move the eyes up & down or in & out or resize them a couple of ways, the kids look horrible but look good as adults usually. 

I meant have you downloaded any default eyebrows; Ok eyebags then is the main problem.  you have some kind of download messing with your faces. When it started what had you downloaded just before that that had to do with the sim's looks, like face templates?

how about a picture for those who haven't seen Just One by kitsparrow or Call It Karma by stfumarevel ? you might get more help that way...

try removing either Insim or Inteen.  See if it helps.

where are you putting them?  they are not still .rar or .zip files are they? By the way - you shouldn't doublepost.
