Title: Theres water in my basement! Post by: Simelorian on April 02, 2008, 06:23:39 pm HELP!! my basement is filled with water! not like my shower is broken water, I mean like a lake or pool! Pics Below. I have all EP's and SP's, I also use InTeen.

Title: Theres water in my basement! Post by: mochi is yum on April 02, 2008, 07:19:06 pm Did you install Clean Installer?? Because that helps with the bugs if you download things or it might just be a glitch. That's weird, haven't had that happen before.

Post by: Simelorian on April 02, 2008, 07:30:12 pm I've checked all my mods and they're all free time compatible, and I discovered it only happens under the foundation, if you lower the terrain outside of the foundation it wont fill with water by itself. I have also quit and reloaded the game, moved the lot etc. more pics, house looks normal from outside but not from neighborhood view.

BTW Reno is one of the best characters in FF hes freaking hilarious!

Yeah you should definately post some pics of your sims on my thread(I need more replies). Reno is awesome, I agree best character in advent children but second best is Cloud.

Post by: kalynn06 on April 02, 2008, 08:17:46 pm This happens to me as well since FT, though it apparently was a BV issue due to the new water lot features(I don't have BV). It's due to the water table in the neighborhood. If your lot is in a low lying area, digging will hit water. I decided later I needed a flooded basement fr a Lovecraft house with DeepOnes and then couldn't manage to get a flooded basement to save my life :lol: The game seems to know what we want and then deny that to us :lol: Title: Theres water in my basement! Post by: Marn39 on April 03, 2008, 02:23:36 am Move your house to higher land - it works I have had this happen to me in the passed - I found that I just couldn't put some houses on lower flat land - it does have something to do with water levels etc; yes I know this sounds funny but just move your house to high land and you will see, no flooded basement.
