I was requested to make some beach houses,so i began my series with this one!
Orchid Cove is a large,spacious,luxury villa.This is exactly where id love to live....
Anyway,its built on a medium lot,and has a faraway,tropical feel to it.There are two bedrooms upstairs,one of which is a childs room or a nursery.There is a large split level bathroom,and a family bath,also upstairs.
Downstairs features a large,rustic kitchen,with outdoor dining,a sitting room with stunning views over the ocean,a large bedroom(for the grandparents)study,dining and tv nooks,as well as a family bathroom.
This villa has fantastic outdoor areas....an outdoor bar,to sip cocktails,whilst enjoying the view,two separate swimming pools,each with its own terrace to soak the sun,and a barbecue area for outdoor dining.
This lot is fully landscaped,and decorated.It is unfurnished,so you can do with it what you like!

This southwestern/colonial house was requested by whitewolf100.
Its built on a medium lot and packaged with clean installer.
This spacious house is perfect for quite a sizeable family.
The main floor comprises entrance hall,dining room,open family kitchen diner,through to a utility room.There is also two bedrooms to the rear,both en-suite,and a large family room.(or you could have study/bar if you prefer)
The second floor has a computer room,4 beds and 3 baths(two ensuite).The fourth bedroom is a nursery.
The exterior is landscaped,but with room for you to add what you like.
There is a shady pool area,to cool off from the hot sun.
Unfurnished,just a few pieces to show placement,but is fully decorated.

Im not sure either.Ive checked the download myself,and it installed fine.Have you tried restarting your pc?

You need to make sure you have the right eps,or it may not show up.Also,i restart my pc if it doesn't show.This often helps.Let me know how you get on exmodel.
