This is my favorite family lot,inspired by a request for a modern family home.
This villa has solar panels in the roof,so economic to heat(ha)
It is spacious and versatile,with space for a fairly large family.It is comfortably inhabited by a family of 6 in my game.(FAMILY NOT INCLUDED!)
This Lot has 4 beds,4 baths,study,2 reception rooms,large kitchen-diner,dining room,family/tv room,study,nursery etc.It has a pool terrace area,kids play area,outdoor dining area with BBQ,and several smaller patio areas for a quiet time.
The front has space for a driveway,but not included as ive lost NL(cry)
You need OFB and possibly Pets to install.Packaged with Clean Installer,and play tested.Hack Free.

I love this house.Its fully play tested,and easy to play.Ive moved my favorite family into it!
Its a rustic lodge style house,decorated in a simple,rustic decor.It has 3-4 beds,4 bathrooms,reception room,family room,kitchen and utility,several decks,and pool.There is a garage and space for a driveway.
You need OFB and Pets.
Unfurnished,but decorated and landscaped.

This is a Moroccan inspired home with a spa,pool,sitting areas and nooks.4 beds and two baths with several outdoor terraces.The house is mostly unfurnished and is built on a medium lot.Play tested.You need Pets and OFB.
Plenty of space for a driveway too.
To furnish this house, i found some awesome stuff at dh-sims, avalon and xm sims. Theres tons out there!

This is a light,spacious and airy apartment,which ive located by the beach.
