Hi all. This is my first upload and it was a request from illandyandra. Thankyou illandyandra for the lovely floor plan. check out the floor plan here http://www.insimenator.net/attachment.php?attachmentid=85649&d=1185537750

I would also like to thank all the custumn content creaters for makeing this possible. The lots comes unfurnished but is landscaped. Alot of the plants are plastic with the odd garden centre plant so you get the benefits of wildlife in the garden without worrying about the amount of time you need to spend in the garden, gardening. i have all ep's and stuff packs.

its a four bedroom home on one floor with scope to extend into the loft, ideal for legacy games/large families.if you decide to extend an example of where the stair to the attick can go would be in the bathroom that joined to the playroom. you would lose the bathroom but gain a massive loft space to extend in. The home has a total of six bathrooms. a large open space living/dining area. the kitchen is a large and spacious family kitchen. the house is on a split level.

the house is on a split level. the sunken part of the house is the large open space living/dining, master bedroom, retreat and utility room, which have easy access to the garden. there is three entry points into the home. the front door, side door (utility room) and entry from the living/dining into the garden

see screen shots for detail of the house and an example of how it could look like.

i would like to make a special thankyou to the following sites for allowing me to use their CC and the creaters that created these wonderful pieces of work. i have used many different CC from many creaters at the following sites

plants also used from http://www.pg-sims2.at/

and plants from http://modthesims2.com/

i would also like to thank the creaters at http://modthesims2.com/ for the doors that i have used

and http://www.holysimoly.com/ for their fences. (i removed the fencing to the side of the house, its only maxis green fence. the lot cost 62,000.

p.s
