Inteen and triplets/quads mods for example were updated for FT.
Make sure to check all of the mods you have and if not clear or simply do not remember from which site you originally got a mod, remove it/them which are not specify if or not are compatible with the FT ep. In doubt, it is better to remove stuff then to leave them in.
The best way to know if it is CC that is acting up is to move your COMPLETE downloads foldler to the desktop and see if the game acts normal WITHOUT ANY cc at all.

I would make sure all the cc you have is compatible with FT.
Try to remove your downloads folder and see if your sims do have access to those menus without it. If so, something in there is causing the problems. You will need to isolate it by adding small batch of cc and/or check on sites where you got them to see if any was updated to be FT compatible.

You cannot keep the memory of a sim you are moving to another neighborhood since the Sims she has memory related with are not part of that new hood. It would mess the game up. Indeed face templates only works on newly created sims. There is no way to make the face remplacements works on your already created sims. Moving your sim to another hood won't change her dna at all. The only way I know you can alter the look of an already created sims is by following this tutorial: Tutorial-Giving your in-game sims a permanent make-over

Then you need to make sure your sim have enough cooking skill and that the fridge is full enough so the option appears. Also make sure to have an oven on the lot.
Make sure to use a Maxis fridge since that option might not appear on cc fridge.
Also, take a look in the booklet that came with that stuff pack, usually it is mention how to use these items and in which objects section to find them.

Could be a cc desk using the same coding as that desk causing issues. Some objects are in need of updates for them to work correctly with new eps so the fact you did not add something new does not mean it is not a cc issue.
Can be hard to isolate but I would suggest you remove all your cc items including mods and add them back in small batch until you find the culprit.
If you did not already, you could run the hack detection tool and the clean installer to check for duplicates files.
If you could join the error report you receive it might help isolate the culprit.

There is no way to achieve that other than to save before birth and reload the lot until the baby that is born have the eyes you want.
DNA is created upon birth only so it is a good way to achieve that.

Indeed, the site you got the mod from is the right place to ask for info about it.
If the modder does not reply or there is no mention if the mod is compatible with the latest ep you have install, I would not use it.
