I thought I have sometimes downloaded houses made by people who have Family Fun Stuff installed, which I don't have, and i got those houses to my game, but I can remember wrong (This really explains one problem with a house once...)

Here's a starter house for your sims, these are always needed.
It's not very special, I'm not a master building houses Just a basic home with 2 bedrooms

No custom content included.
House is furnished, not much, but there's everything for sims to start their lives and survive.

- Glamour Life Stuff

I haven't used stuff from Holiday Party Pack or Glamour, so this should work without them
