I don't know if it was just because the option shows up for everyone or if it's actually doable.

However, I do not believe it was the result of a mod so much as it was the result of a conflict between mods. As I remember it, I somehow got TwoJeffs Pregnancy for All Genders and Inteen in use at the same time. They must have been in conflict because when I removed Preg for All it quit happening. (I am assuming a conflict because TwoJeffs does not list elder pregnancy as an option in the mod.) The problem was that the pregnancy was very prolonged (many, many, many days) and usually ended with me forcing a birth through Insiminator if I did not terminate it altogether.
