Residential 3x2 Lot Cost: about 74,000 simoleons Fully furnished and landscaped, lots of CC Features, 3beds, 3baths, livingroom, diningroom, kitchen, basement recreation area, fenced and gated yard with swing and patio set. Off-street parking for one car.
