The hair and clothe are not includes, the skintone is made by me based on @stefan skintones and the eyes are by me. Hope you like him! Bill and Tom are identical twins! exept for Tom has rastas and Bill colored his hair black and wears a lot of make up! All you need to do with the sim posted above is download him, look Rastas if you do not have any in your game yet, change the clothing style and there you go! you got tom ;)
