- 3 story, 8 suite Apartment building. Cost $292,042 - Ground floor is rec room, indoor swiming pool ect, 2nd 3rd floors have 4 suites each. - its an ordinary residense, no hacks, mods, and I dont THINK i used any custom content. - Help file include to make it work (more or less) like an apartment - It reallly only plays well with singles, though you can have as many as 8 singles. Ack! almost forgot: I created this with UUniversity,Nightlife, and Open for Buisness installed.
