After you download and extract the hair, go to My Documents > EA GAMES > THE SIMS 2 > Downloads and dump the extracted files in there. A CAS sim is a Create A Sim sim. Babies don't have hair, Tenshii is making a skin where the baby will have hair. I don't know how to get clothes on the babies though.

I have no clue. I moved this average (5 ots) outgoing guy in with this girl who had 8 outgoing points and her rejected her hug. A few minutes later they had their first kiss together though lol. They were teen sims. I guess your sims don't want to be in the video hehe...

This is my little darling, Aoki Lee. She's one of Kimora Lee (Simmons)' daughters (I did Ming aswell, but I can't get a good picture of her). I think she's absolutely adorable! I checked her out in her other stages, and she stays cute (thank goodness!)
