Title: Problem...Windows and doors Post by: monkee62966 on January 25, 2007, 05:10:56 pm I had to reinstall the Sims. I have all expansion packs and the extras. When I try to build a house I can not put in windows and doors. Also when I try to put things in the house they will not line up with the walls correctly...like counters will not connect to each other.
Does anyone know how I can fix this issue??? Title: Problem...Windows and doors Post by: ancienthighway on January 25, 2007, 06:46:08 pm You have snapObjectsToGrid set to false. Open the cheat window and type "boolprop snapObjectsToGrid true" and you'll be set. If you are using See Them, on of the options on it is to set this to true or false, you could set it that way also. I'd recommend leaving it set true until you need to place something off grid on intention.
