I created this fireplace for my sims gothic and castle style homes. Fireplace was cloned from a light, so the light fixtures on the fireplace work and function as a light, as well as the fireplace. No more nightmares of the fireplace catching the house on fire. To light just click on the fireplace and turn lights on. Your sims will love it, not to mention the gothic looking gargoyle that overlooks the room. These Island boats I created using Sanctums Birch Bark Canoe texture and setting position with his permission. The Island Boats are both created as an off-set from the footprint, which allows you to set these boats in a variety of places either on land, in the water or it can even be set off the lot you are playing.
