:blob6:NOTE: The pier columns can only be moved or deleted using the moveobjects true cheat. The columns are sunk into the terrain so if you try to move them, they will pop to the surface.

I used the Chic Stairs Open Underneath by crocobaura here . They will work fine in this house without installation. If you want to use them in other houses follow the link for installation instructions.

The house has been tested using the Maxis Moon Island Neighborhood and Phaenoh's SandSimoleanPoint Neighborhood found here.
