For bigger pictures you can try using a Print Screen pogram such as YASF click here (http://www.marian-aldenhoevel.de/YAFSScreen/) or Gadwins Print Screen click here (http://rds.yahoo.com/_ylt=A0geu.mS1I5G.ccAcJJXNyoA;_ylu=X3oDMTE2NjRhdGYxBHNlYwNzcgRwb3MDMQRjb2xvA2UEdnRpZANDUzAxXzk5BGwDV1Mx/SIG=11vk5j2ba/EXP=1183852050/**http%3a//www.gadwin.com/printscreen/%3fprnscr), both are free. These pics will then need to be resized to the maximum of 600x600 for contests using a photo editing program such as Gimp. I use Photoshop so I can't answer your question on how to cut and paste using Gimp but you could look in this thread here (http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=22677)on Photo editing.
