Thank you MissDoh! The basic design was my favourite when on a budget!

If you look at the pic you can see my problem with the Glamour Life Rug. Since I rarely use this rug I have no idea when the problem occurred. Does anyone know what has caused this? I will do the 50/50 method if there is no other way to fix it(I have alot of downloads!) So I want that method to be the last resort aswell as an uninstall which I don't want to do as I want to upload the house here. Please Help! Thanks.

This Villa style house comes with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also comes with a pool that has a diving board. The small patio on the 2nd floor has a top of the range barbecue plus patio furniture. The roof top has a spa for you sims to relax. There is plenty of room on the roof top for you add to. The house is very lightly furnished with a few decorations and a few furniture. I wanted to upload fully furnished but most of it was custom made stuff and not allowed to upload. So I only very lightly used the maxis made furniture.

This a fully furnished version of Budget House 3. When I built Budget House Three I felt I should upload it fully furnished as I had better ideas with the house. Of course the price is over 20,000. It is $60,130.  There is a spa on the third level patio and a barbecue one the second floor patio. On the ground floor there is a pool and pool chairs.  The house is also decorated. There some custom content which is included.

The house is free to upload with your neighbourhood just check with parsimonious if you can upload there custom content.

This is my third Budget House upload. It is a three tier house with one bedroom and three bathrooms. The house is lightly furnished and only come with maxis content. The price is $19,417. And it has a partially decorated garden. There are also two patios, one on the second floor and one on the third floor. Two of the bathrooms are on the ground floor outside. You may upload the house with your neighbourhood if you wish.

I wanted some Dark Freckles but couldn't find any so I made these. I uploaded these a while ago at TSR and modthesims2  but thought I might upload them here. Free to use on your uploaded sims.

This is my first house upload. I have uploaded also at TSR and modthesims2.
The only difference is one wallpaper. I didn't have permission from the artist to upload here(bummer).

This house is two stories and unfurnished to keep the price down. It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is accessible on the outside. There is a lounge room on the first floor which can be converted to another bedroom making the total to 4 bedrooms. The first floor also has an outside bedroom and open area which has enough room for a kitchen, dining and lounge.
This house is perfect for the sim on a tight budget.

I have noticed a new bedding that is not a custom made. I was wandering if anyone else knew about or it was a custom bedding that was overriding a maxis made one.

The bedding on the left is the new one and the bedding on the right is the original one. The thing is I can't ever remember seeing it there. How many maxis made beddings are there(including all expansions and stuff packs)?
