This mod allows you to have your sims encourage any sim even if they are not family. Note: The sim doing the encouraging must be older than the sim they are trying to encourage. Only download one file. I have a pair of elders that love adopting the children (and teens, thanks to your teleporter shrub modification) of the neighbourhood, and this will allow them not only train them on the career reward items they earned over the years, but to encourage Tank Grunt not to be so mean to Ripp. Good work!
