Some sims have one hairstyle when wearing daily clothes and then when I choose another kind of clothing the hair change, so some sims have long hair in the daytime and short at nighttime. Next time you're in the mirror, see the side bar in the hair section. you can change it so that she's wearing the same hair all the time or change it to wear different styles with every clothing type.

Send your Sim to the Mirror to change appearance, and at the hairstyles, you can see a row of clothing icons. Click the very first so the others get disabled.
