This house was built by request. This is the complete house with some Maxis furniture and my own recolors of the Maxis 'Blunt Opinion' Stone Wall and the Shingle siding.



I have Sims2, University, Nightlife and Open for Business.  I think the front stairs require OFB, but you can replace them with another type if you don't have OFB.



The exterior siding is available in a separate ZIP if that's all you want.  :0)
