You may need to allow more time. If someone wants to do it for you, they will let you know. Be patient. Meanwhile, there are similar styles already out there, like at Modthesims2, xmsims, etc. Have you looked on other sites? including this one (Insimenator)?

I do not create hair so I have no idea what it involves, but I am sure it takes quite some time. Just recoloring existing hair takes a long time (for me anyway). People have jobs, kids and other types of real life and this sims game stuff is a hobby or an enjoyable way to spend spare time. Sometimes posts are never done, because why? I don't know. I just think you just need to be patient and if someone is willing to do this for you, I am sure they will let you know.
