NOTE: I own the following Games: (But i think that you could get this download just having nightlife....i dont think i used anything from the newer expansion on the list)

Now....Potentially Needed Games Put Out Of The Way, This house is actually the one i live in...i love the layout so much that i felt that my sims would like it also.... although some things had to be changed due to the sims limitation and the fact that if you use the moveObjects code the doors are hardly seen.

1 Bath, with room to add bathrooms

1 car garage - attached
2 car driveway
small flower garden in front
moderate deck in back
inground pool w/ slide
plenty of playing space outside for kids
