Title: Suddenly Game Won't Load? Post by: the_seth on April 26, 2009, 09:07:58 am I was playing the game just fine yesterday and now suddenly today it will not load. I've tried deleting my downloads folder, deleting the cigen file, the cache files, and bypassing the launcher, but nothing seems to work. Bodyshop will no longer work as well.

This is a tricky one, only because I have never had this problem before - the culprit NOT being my downloads folder, at least. If all else fails, I would suggest backing up all material and re-installing. But please get some other great Sim minds here to give you other advice first. I remember when Yagami had a similar issue and tried all the usual things you already have he emptied out that folder and it worked. By the projects folder I mean the one located C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Projects
