Title: WCIF tutorials to start neighborhoods from scratch? Post by: summer_wine on June 07, 2009, 01:51:04 pm I bookmarked some of them (jadeelliot's and plasticbox's to be specific) but now I cannot find them :(
I really wanna be able to start a customized hood, no townies, all my sims with the economic system from the mentioned tuts. Does anyone know where I can find them?
