Just paint white where the hands are, and just make sure you use a grey color on the alpha layer if you want to see the skin through. If not, then paint it white instead :). It's no harder than that, and you can even do it with only Paint (though I do recommend GIMP or similar - since Paint sometimes screws up the textures).
