If not, there is a very good search function at GoS, which only search in the area you're in at the moment ;) There are some tutus here (http://www.digitalperversion.net/gardenofshadows/index.php?topic=10516.165) and here (http://www.digitalperversion.net/gardenofshadows/index.php?topic=10516.135), too. Probably some transmutter outfits in the "adorn your spawn" and the clothing sections, too. Original black/white tutus are from Peggyzone. Pooklet (http://pooklet.dreamwidth.org/) is a creator, and several people use her color actions for their projects. A search for "pooklet" or "pookleted" will bring up a huge load of results.
