A plain white Bedsheet wrapped around the sim for Sleepwear and Undies. A white Towel wrapped around the sim for Undies. I check around see if I can't come across it on my machine or what site it was, lol might have even been here, you may want to look at the adult site, if your of age of course.

Elena at TSR made them BG compatible (I think they are, at least), for teens (http://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/details/category/sims2-sets-clothing/title/Towels%21%20for%20teen%20females%21/id/680377/) and adults (http://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/details/category/sims2-sets-clothing/title/Towels%21/id/670837/). They are downloadable if you log in.
If you're a member at my site, I've also converted them for child female, here (http://moonlightdragon.freeforums.org/child-conversion-bv-towel-and-kb-bathrobe-t515.html) (log in required). Here are also adult (http://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/details/category/sims2-sets-clothing/title/towels-for-big-boys%21/id/671663/) and child (http://www.thesimsresource.com/artists/Elena./downloads/details/category/sims2-sets-clothing/title/Towels%20for%20little%20boys%21/id/772334/) male (booty link (http://ls.paysites.mustbedestroyed.org/booty/ts2/tsr/elena/clothesandother/))- if you need those, too :) (couldn't find teen male, for some reason... was sure there were some... I think there were some following BV, though). Also another adult male version at MTS2 (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=207121). The bedsheet/blanket... Don't think I've seen it anywhere, or seen a mesh that could be used - but I'm working on the idea myself, hopefully as an all-age accessory. More usable then... And I'm 14, so I can't go to adult sites. :/ I attempted to make the bedsheets myself. I got the mesh part okay, but the texture was terrible.

Not quite sure if the teen towels come with BV, too.
