Personally, I imagine satyr would live in the woods, but that's not so viable in the game, is it? LOL. I found this (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=360640), which is kind of cool, but it doesn't have nearly enough bedrooms and bathrooms for your purpose. Perhaps you could use that idea and expand on it? You could download the house and only install the walls and tree roof. That way you could use them to make the house as big as you want. Keep in mind, though, the bigger your house, the slower your game will run when you're on that lot.

I can think of two themes that would work for satyrs. The one easier to find would be a classical Greco-Roman theme with lots of marble and statuary. The other would be a quasi tree house. Somewhere, I saw columns that looked like tree trunks, but I can't even find them in my zipped downloads folder right now..
