The screenshot is from the Posebox Category, page 2, on: http://blog.naver.com/avikapang Going by the credits listed for the CC used, one of the possible creators of said outfit could be: MYOS, Aug, Stefen, TK, Kangbkl, Tifa, Rapgirl, Ella, Calvin Cao, Raon, Peggy, Zanki, or AvikaPang All of this found via the URL in the image posted. I've seen similar outfits by her around in a couple of updates threads around the community, but I've never come across any download links quite yet. I'll be sure to keep an eye out if I do.

You must register to download, though, and the site is in Vietnamese. There seems to be instructions in English so hopefully you can get at least the tights. There seem to be only 3 pages of downloads so maybe you can look through the rest of the posts, see if you can find it.
