http://www.clubcrimsyn.com/sims2.html might have a few things too, but I'm not entirely sure if everything has pregmorphs. GoS (http://www.digitalperversion.net/gardenofshadows/index.php?board=52.0) - here you'll find pretty much any style you're looking for, and a lot of the female clothing has pregmorphs.
