sadly, with everything I do in the NPC replacer, I get an error :-X but, after hours of time-wasting search on the internet I found a nice/noob friendly way to change clothes of NPC's, this awesome hack by dizzy, enabling casual wear for NPC's http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=76392 (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=76392) plus, christianlov's clothingrack: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=284411 (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=284411) now I have awesome npc's like ninja-cops and hobo-pizza-delivery-dudes thanks for your help with the other one.
