Babyclothes can't be changed ingame unless you use a skintone changer. They might screw up genetics and such in your game, so be careful with those. You can use default replacement clothes (and you can use one outfit for each gender IF you use the special girl only files)but these have to be changed before you start your game, and can't be changed until you quit te game.
