The house itself has 1 bedroom downstairs and 2 upstairs. There are two bathrooms. It has a large eat-in kitchen, comfortable sized living room and a small study/baby room off the kitchen and the downstairs bedroom (you could also make it a laundry room). It also has a nice deck off the kitchen for entertaining. I used a method I learned on the TS2 website for making stairs that use fewer tiles than the standard stairs. So be warned that if you try to change the staircase, you might not be able to unless you know how to use constrainfloorelevation true/false. The lot size is 3x5. There is a small greenhouse with a small bathroom. Nightlife required for the driveway. This lot might make a good home business lot for OFB. It is unfurnished, has no custom content and sells for $54K. Title: Farm House 2 Post by: cassandra_107 on July 10, 2006, 08:42:00 pm Does this contain any CC? I'm gonna try to turn this into a working farm, sims can come & buy fruit pies. Actually with Echo's Apple Tree, and the peach, pear, and ornage trees, it will be quite realistic.
