The Princeton is a colonial style townhouse with two bedrooms. It has a cozy living room and dining area with a bay window that looks out onto the side garden. The garden has four lovely giant babbling bougainvillea bushes and a fountain.  On the other side of the house, there is a terrace with a hottub. There is tulip garden in the front of the house with a bench where your Sims can sit and watch the butterflies.

This house would be suitable for a couple or a family of three (or possibly four--the second bedroom will comfortably fit two twin beds if you need it to, but I think the house would probably start to feel very crowded when the kids became teenagers).

Note: NL, UNI, OFB (and possibly FFS) required. I just recently installed FFS and I don't know if you absolutely have to have it to be able to use this lot in your game if you don't have FFS. None of the items from FFS were used.

Bathroom tile made by me. It's the Maxis white tile with blue border, with the border removed. It's just all white now.
