Since tomorrow night I'm going to see Fiona Apple in concert (yay!), I figured I'd commemorate that by posting an outfit. It's the dress that Fiona wore to the 2006 Grammys. Originally, when I made this dress, the mesh was just a dress mesh, so the sleeves weren't puffy. I kept meaning to upload it here, but every time I'd play my Fiona Sim I never felt like taking her downtown to buy the dress. Then, strangely enough, one day on modthesims, I saw somebody who made a Sim wearing a dress with a mesh with puffy sleeves, which was perfect for Fiona's dress! So, of course, I downloaded the mesh and redid the outfit, which now matches Fiona's actual Grammy dress more accurately. (http://img100.imageshack.us/img100/9916/fiona4dc3.jpg) My only regret is that I couldn't include the beautiful necklace Fiona wore with the dress in the outfit. I tried for over an hour to make it work, but it kept looking strange, so I had to exclude it. I don't know how to make meshes, so I couldn't make the necklace as a separate accessory. Still, this is just the dress.
