Here is a house I built back in 2004. It has been on my Dutch site but they seem to be having problems at the moment so all downloads are unavailable. I may post most/all of my houses from there on Insimenator so as to give something back for the marvellous creations available here especially Inteen :lol: and not forgetting the lovely Kathy :grin: You only need the original Sims 2 (not sure when UNI came out). It has an underground garage which does not function as this was pre Nightlife. I may try to update it in the near future to see if I can convert it. Other features include one of the first modular staircases ever built and partially furnished. Bedrooms: 2 but could be made into around 8. Bathrooms: 4 I think. Lot: 3x5 Cost: 262,067....thank god for motherlode! EP's: None (maybe UNI)? NOTE: File type is rar not zip.
