There is an accesory made for males that I want for females and I know that the creator is not very happy about being asked to do that kind of stuff(and probably won't) so I won't bother her/him about it.

Be warned that the male and the female Sims are differently positioned. You may need to use another program to make adjustments and this is more than SimPe. For example: some glasses sink inside the male face. Necklaces sink on the back of the neck. The upper part of clothes always cause troubles. The bottom parts however can easily be transgendered and eventual mistakes hidden by wider blouses or shirts.
