I have no clue if you need a program, or if you can do it in bodyshop, or what! Someone help me!!

You will need a meshing program like Blender or MilkShape 3D.
 
It's very hard to do, and time comsuming (at least for me).  
 
If you look over at MTS2, there are a lot of tutorials to get you started.

The only software you have to buy is Milkshape, about 30bucks, rest is free

Yes. . . time consuming and can also lead to hair pulling and bouts of anger at the start.

If you can't figure out whats going wrong don't be shy to ask.

The last thing you want to do is give up.

Blender is free.  However MilkShape3D (the better of the two programs) does cost a little bit.

Wings3D is also a free program. I use 3dsMax but I don't recommend it for beginners as it's both expensive and complex. Milkshape is totally worth the money but you can use it free for 30 days (I think).

If you are planning to make objects, I suggest that you start with something simple like box, sphere, and cylindrical objects. You can later move on to more complex modelling.
