The Details: 4x3 Lot 62,514 Simoleons 2 Car Garage Moderate Sized Fenced-In Yard Covered Entryway Large Open Living/Kitchen area Seperate Dining Room Master Suite with Bathroom and Walk In Closet 2 Bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs Sunken Bonus Room above Garage! I really just wanted an excuse to use the term "bonus room," haha. :tongue8: You can use this room as a game room, tv room, extra bedroom, office, library, whatever your heart desires! The house is ideally placed on a corner lot, and has no custom content! You will need nightlife, and I have up to Pets installed and no stuff packs, so University and Pets are probably a good idea.
